Antique copper aquamanile from the early 18th century. This rare object was used in the Catholic Church as a washbasin for the priest.
It is handmade of embossed copper, decorated with the engraved image of a dragon, symbolizing evil and sin.
On the front is a small brass tap.
Standing or wall hanging.

Very good vintage condition with genuine verdigris patina.
It is a rare museum piece for antique collectors.
