Custom duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, please note that customs duties and import taxes may have to be paid by the customer to the customs authorities upon receipt of the shipment. These duties are in addition to the purchase price.
Combined shipping
By combined shipping you pay according to the actual weight and size of the parcel, overcharges are always refunded.

Please note that overseas shipments may occasionally have longer delivery times.
Information on the calculation of delivery time
The period for delivery begins after payment and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
If a delivery fails because the Customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, a new delivery of the returned merchandise will be made only if the Customer accepts to pay the costs of re-shipping the merchandise. These re-shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed at conclusion of contract.
