Vintage mid-century wall clock, made by DIEHL Germany in the 60s.
Milk-white glossy ceramic kitchen clock, with elegant trapezoid shape.
Convex glass with chrome-plated frame, brass hands (no second hand).

It works with the original Diehl movement (see photo) and one 1,5 V Mono battery (not included).
This movement has the peculiarity of having a recharge for when you discharge the battery.
So every about 7 minutes it makes a slight noise for a few seconds, like a rustling.
It is not a completely silent clock but this is part of its autenticity.
I have kept it running for some days at home and it was not unpleasant at all, but I would not put it in the bedroom!

On the back there is a screw to fine tune the adjustment in increments of +/- seconds per 24 hours. So you can get it to run very accurately.

Very good vintage condition, minimal wear consistent with age and use.
