VAT
In accordance with § 19 UStG VAT (German Tax Law) VAT will not be collected and therefore will not be shown on invoices.

Just as a general indication:
EU shipping costs vary between 10 € and 20 €, with higher rates for parcels over 5 kg.
Most items are in the 16 € range.

For shipping outside the EU the costs vary between 10 and 24 € with much higher figures for larger or heavier items. Most items, however, are in the € 24 range.

Combined shipping
By combined shipping you pay according to actual weight and size of the parcel, overcharges are always refunded.

Payments
Within “Shopify Payment” you can pay your purchase using the following payment methods: Paypal, credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna Sofort, eps-Überweisung, iDeal.

Custom duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, please note that customs duties and import taxes may have to be paid by the customer to the customs authorities upon receipt of the shipment. These duties are in addition to the purchase price.

Information on the calculation of delivery time
The period for delivery begins after payment and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general public holiday at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.

If a delivery fails because the Customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, a new delivery of the returned merchandise will be made only if the Customer accepts to pay the costs of re-shipping the merchandise. These re-shipping costs correspond to the shipping costs agreed at conclusion of contract.
