Vintage wooden folding chair for children by Fratelli Reguitti, well-known Italian mid-century design brand.

This small chair is made of solid wood and has a charming distressed look given by several coats of chipped paints (orange, brown, white).
Ideal as home decor, this foldable chair is solid and functional, it can be also used as  picnic/outdoor chair.

On the back there are the embossed mark: "FR Brevetti Reguitti" (patented Reguitti) and the aluminum label of a retailer's store in Turin, Italy.
